Make a Perpetual Calendar!

Here's a great activity that will ensure your young people will always know what date it is!

You will need:

Pen

Scissors

Tape

Two printed copies of the downloaded template pdf. Use card for a more robust cube.

Cut out two crosses and put numbers in the squares. Get the young people to work out which numbers to use. (0 1 2 6 7 8 and 0 1 2 3 4 5). Make sure that the 6 looks like an upside down 9

Fold the crosses on the five internal lines to make two cubes then tape the edges.

Display the cubes side by side with today's date showing and remember to change every day.
